Flying Hip Press
is best hunted in Oldton Movalpolos.
This spell can be soloed easily at the level you can learn it. No party is needed for the Oldton Movalpolos camp. Bring a low damage weapon to feed the Bugbear TP.
Proceed to the Entrances to Oldton Movalpolos at J-6/K-6 in North Gustaburg. Once in Oldton Movalpolos there are many Bugbear to choose from. They are noted on the map above with red dots. Those closer to the Entrances are the lower Bugbear Servingman, and farther in the tougher Bugbear Bondman. At level 52 you will still get aggro from a few mobs in the deeper parts of the Zone. Take care if you hunt there. It's very easy to get multiple Moblin Links here and get beaten down by an angry Mob of Moblins! Moblins link to Bugbears and Bugbears link to Moblins. The fights are simple. Clear any possible links from near your target Bugbear, or pull it to a safe spot then feed it TP with your low damage weapon and hope for the spell. You should never be in danger. The Higher Bondsmen can put up a stiffer fight, but outside of link issues the fights are safe. Elementals and Bombs can lurk in the zone. Be aware of them before casting magic.
High level Bugbear live in Newton Movalpolos. You have much simpler targets in Camp #1 for the spell. These are not recommended.
