Smite of Rage is
best hunted in the Three Crag areas.
This spell can be soloed safely starting around level 24, when you can learn it. No party is needed. No Special items are needed.
In each of the three Crag areas there are places where cerment pops above the ground. It looks like concrete with holes in it. Evil Weapons like to gather around the material, and in each zone, there will be three or so Weapons in the areas circled in red on the maps above. At level 24 when you can learn the spell you will have no issues in any of these locations.
If you would like to have more targets then you could hope to use up when hunting, then you'll find more then enough weapons on Qufim Island. These can be soloed once you are in your high 20's. There is a lot of aggro near some of the weapons at that level so take care. Once again, the Evil Weapons like to gather near the exposed cerment. There are four pops in the tunnel between the island and Jeuno, and many many more on the island itself.
There are other low level weapons that you can hunt in your mid to high 20's. There are only a few in each area, when compared to Qufim Island, so the camps are not as good, and not the best ones to choose. There also lots of high level weapons all around the planet. As there are much better, low level camps these are not recommended.
