Ghosts have a natural resistance to physical damage of all types. Banish removes the resistance. At level, all of the Ghost moves can make for difficult solo fights. |

Terror Touch
is best hunted in Lower Delkfutt's Tower.
This spell can be soloed starting in the mid 30's. No party is needed for the Lower Delkfutt's Tower camp. Bring Sneak and Invisibility spells or potions to reach camp if your level requires. Have Holy Water to cure curse. Eye Drops for Blind. A Stun spell should be equipped to stop various TP moves. A White Mage Sub-job can help. Bring your Tower Key.
Delkfutt's Tower is a good place to hunt Ghosts because they are always up all day, not just at night. Proceed to Lower Delkfutt's Tower's First floor at E-8. There is one Bogy here that you can farm for the spell. If you are in your mid 30's you will have no problems killing it. There will be aggro from Giants, Bats and Goblins. Take care. The fight is not too hard. Open with Banish if you can use a White Mage Sub Job, then use the Bludgeon Head butt school of soloing. Cure yourself as needed. Be ready for Curse, Head Butt it if you can. Use your key to head down to the Towers Basement. Here at H-10 there are two Bogies, and at K-6 There are Three more. They do not link so you can easily pull them apart. There will be Magic aggro from Pots and Elementals, sight aggro from Giants, and sound aggro from the Ghosts and Bats. Take care. Also, remember that Ghosts Aggro to Low HP, so make sure to pull your fights far enough away from the other Ghosts so you are safe if you dip into yellow HP. If you need more targets, there are two groups of three ghosts on the tower's second floor at J-8 and H-10. Same aggro issues as above.
If you do not mind waiting for night time which is 18:00 to 06:00, there are some excellent low level Ghosts you can fight in the Highlands right outside Gusgen Mines at L-7. The fights here are trivial at the level you can learn. Beat the ghost with a low damage weapon and hope to see your spell. Be ready for Curse, Head Butt it if you can.
If you do not mind waiting for night time, which is 18:00 to 06:00 there are some excellent low level Ghosts you can fight in the Canyon. One group is at the Stone Monument at E-5 the other near the Dragon Bones at I-7. The fights here are trivial at the level you can learn. Beat the ghost with a low damage weapon and hope to see your spell. Be ready for Curse, Head Butt it if you can.
There are many Ghosts all over the world. In outdoor zones they only come out at night, and are often very few and far between. The High level ones take a lot to kill. These are not Recommended.
